For me, food has always been my favorite way to care for others - whether through practical nutrition tips, easy home-cooked meals, or just a really good muffin.
With over 15 years of experience as a registered dietitian, and background in business and marketing, I’ve worked in clinical care, counseling, media, and communications. Today, I blend my professional expertise with my passion for helping others make better choices to not only live longer, but feel healthier doing it by providing:
